Request from Lachhoo i.e please do not accept the shipment, if you receive damaged or torn courier bag. Please mail us at lkapparels@lachhoo.in if delivery person tries to give you damage bag.

1) How can I pay for my products?

you can pay through below mentioned options

  • Debit cards 
  • UPI payments
  • Cash on delivery

 2) What if i forget to place customer detail while placing order?

No, worries, we take care of every necessary details of customers which required in shipping product to you all. We will approach to you through email or contact no or whats app for any details missed or we required to ship the product and to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. 

3) When will I  receive my product after placing an order?  

Yes, you will receive your product once we assure the shipping details are accurate what you provided and finalised. We will send the notification through email or whats app regarding dispatching the product.

Once its done, you will receive product within a week. There may be some unforeseen situations after shipping that can take time for receiving the product at the scheduled time .In between that scenario,we will keep notifying you through email or whats app massages regarding your product. We will also share the tracking details to your email id. So, that you do not have any overthinking regarding shipments.

4) What if I receive wrong product or damaged product?

We wish not to face such scenario to you all as you all are valuable to us. If you receive.

  • Wrong product: Just share the (1) photo of product along with the shipping tags or logo.
  • Damaged product: if you receive damaged product just share the (1) the photo of the product along with the shipping tags or logo (2) the photo of the damaged portion of the product  with tags or logo and send it to our email address at lkapparels@lachhoo.in
  • NOTE:  we accept return request only damaged product (damaged does not mean, design or work on the saree, it means torn saree and no exchange. but, we assure you, before dispatching we will check product properly to avoid raising issue, by giving you update through email regarding the product you choose to ship, if we find that the product is damage, we will update you through email.
